How long does shipping take?
Orders are made to order and typically ship within 3–7 business days, with delivery generally taking 5–10 business days depending on your location within Europe. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Can I use these rugs both indoors and outdoors?
Yes. Every rug is made with fade-resistant printing and a non-skid backing, so it holds up whether it's on a covered porch or your bedroom floor. For fully exposed outdoor spots (direct rain, no cover), we recommend bringing it in during heavy weather to keep the colors looking their best over time
What are the rugs made of?
100% polyester chenille pile with a non-skid backing. Plush underfoot, built to resist pilling, and printed with vibrant, fade-resistant color.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every rug is made to order specifically for you, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through verified secure checkout, and we never store your card details.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account or using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation.
